Correct Installation
The K6 insert has one end with a smaller diameter. This end must be fully inserted into the nozzle body and secured by tightening the set screw.

Extending Service Life
To ensure even wear and extend the service life of the K6 nozzle insert, rotate it by 15° from its original position every 20 minutes of operation. This helps to distribute internal erosion more evenly and prolong the insert’s functionality. -
When to Replace the Insert
Replace the K6 nozzle insert when internal holes or erosion marks begin to appear.
Warning: If the insert is not replaced in time, these holes may grow significantly larger, leading to decreased performance and potential damage to the nozzle.
